Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for claimants, the full-time remote Travel Claims Customer Service Representative will independently process travel claims, assess coverage eligibility, and ensure a seamless experience through effective communication and customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers professionally
  • Maintain current knowledge of plans and apply this knowledge to claims processing and customer service
Required qualifications
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to function independently within established guidelines
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Problem/issue resolution capability
