Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for claims reporting, the full-time remote Travel Claims Customer Service Representative will independently process travel claims, assess coverage eligibility, and communicate findings to claimants while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently process travel claims in accordance with policies and maintain HIPAA compliance
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to and from claimants and suppliers in a professional manner
  • Maintain current knowledge of plans and apply this knowledge to claims processing and customer service
Required qualifications
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
  • Effective time management skills and ability to function independently
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience in problem/issue resolution capability
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-based environment
