Travel Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Providing exceptional service to claimants, the full-time remote Travel Claims Examiner will independently process travel claims, initiate the claims process, and handle communications with claimants and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally while obtaining necessary information for claims
• Maintain current knowledge of plans and apply this knowledge to claims processing and customer service

Required qualifications

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to function independently within established guidelines
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Problem/issue resolution capability
