Travel Claims Examiner

Job Summary

Serving as the first point of contact for claims reporting, the full-time remote Travel Claims Examiner will independently process travel claims, assess coverage eligibility, and provide exceptional customer service to claimants and callers.

Key responsibilities

• Independently process travel claims in accordance with policies and guidelines
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally, gathering essential information from claimants and suppliers
• Maintain current knowledge of plans and apply this knowledge to claims processing and customer service functions

Required qualifications

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and regulations
• Effective time management skills and capability to work independently
• Experience in a fast-paced team-based environment
• Problem/issue resolution capability
