Travel Concierge
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time overnight schedule, the Travel Concierge will assist clients with domestic and international travel requests, manage travel arrangements using GDS tools, and resolve travel-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with domestic and international travel requests
- Research, book, modify, and manage travel arrangements
- Utilize Sabre and other GDS tools to support customer needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of travel industry experience
- Experience using a Global Distribution System (GDS) is required
- Sabre experience strongly preferred
- Experience supporting airlines, travel agencies, corporate travel, or travel reservations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
