Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Consultant II - Virtual ESC 24/7.

Key Responsibilities

• Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
• Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while handling a range of bookings from simple to complex
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations and resolving issues during the travel process

Required Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
• U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract
• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• Willingness to learn and grow
