Key Responsibilities

• Book air, car, and hotel reservations using the Sabre reservation system
• Issue tickets, exchanges, and refunds while providing exceptional customer service throughout the booking process
• Conduct research on destinations and handle customer service issues to achieve optimal resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience as a full-time travel agent with expertise in booking domestic and international travel
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats and e-ticketing
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience in international travel planning and knowledge of world geography and travel requirements
