Key Responsibilities

Provide assistance and support for emergency travel needs 24/7
Utilize Sabre and Apollo systems for booking and managing travel itineraries
Handle VIP and international travel requests efficiently

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience
Strong knowledge of Sabre and Apollo systems
Experience with VIP and international travel
Availability to work weekends and holidays
Ability to work overnight shifts
