Key Responsibilities

Provide travel assistance and support for emergency situations
Manage bookings and changes for VIP and international clients
Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to ensure 24-hour coverage

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience
Strong knowledge of Sabre and Apollo systems
Experience with VIP and international travel
Ability to work overnight shifts
