Travel Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Travel Consultant will manage inbound client interactions, providing personalized travel solutions and exceptional service while working remotely after an extensive training period.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and chats to deliver tailored travel solutions
• Guide clients through itinerary options and modifications while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate accurate travel arrangements and improve client experiences

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service mindset with a motivation to help others
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital communication tools
• Previous client service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
