Travel Consultant

Job Summary

As the first contact for Sports Travel clients, the full-time remote Travel Consultant will manage domestic and basic international travel requests for group and individual clients, utilizing industry technology to ensure efficient booking and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle air, hotel, and car reservations for clients through various communication channels
• Process electronic travel documents and perform necessary administrative and accounting tasks
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive client experience while contributing to team dynamics

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a travel consultant, with essential group travel experience
• Preferred experience with Travelport+ and handling VIP clients
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends during peak travel periods
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred
• Knowledge of GDS, internet, and Concur Online booking tools is advantageous
