Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Dedicated Support Travel Consultant will assist clients with travel arrangements, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to travel-related issues
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in travel consulting or customer service
