Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Travel Consultant will manage after-hours support for collegiate athletic departments, handling bookings for air travel, hotels, and transportation while ensuring exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Booking and exchanging air records, hotels, cars, and buses to meet client needs
• Managing incoming calls and emails while multitasking to complete tasks promptly
• Invoicing for group hotels and transportation services during slower periods

Required qualifications

• Knowledge of Sabre or a similar Global Distribution System (GDS)
• Strong client-service orientation with the ability to work independently
• Experience in booking and ticketing air reservations
• Ability to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
• 3+ years of experience with GDS preferred
