Job Summary

Offering flexible schedules in a virtual environment, the part-time Travel Consultant for the Global 24 Hour Emergency Desk will provide emergency travel assistance, manage client inquiries, and utilize Apollo/Travelport systems while working weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour emergency travel support to clients, ensuring timely assistance and resolution of travel issues
• Manage client inquiries and bookings, utilizing Apollo/Travelport systems for efficient service delivery
• Coordinate travel arrangements for VIP and international clients, demonstrating expertise in complex itineraries

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of travel agency experience
• Strong knowledge of Apollo/Travelport systems
• Experience handling VIP and international travel
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
