To support a growing team, the full-time Travel Consultant will manage inbound client interactions remotely, providing personalized travel solutions and exceptional service while completing comprehensive training and developing career skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound client calls, emails, and chats to create tailored travel solutions
• Guide clients through itinerary options and travel best practices, ensuring satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate travel arrangements and improve client experiences

Required qualifications:

• Previous client service or call center experience is a plus, but not required
