Travel Consultant

Job Summary

Offering best-in-class travel consulting, the part-time Travel Consultant will assist clients with travel arrangements, including air, hotel, car, and limo bookings, while working remotely Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM ET.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and support clients' travel needs, providing professional advice and solutions
• Utilize the Sabre reservation system to finalize bookings and manage ticketing processes
• Research destinations and handle customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction throughout their travel experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or three years of experience as a full-time travel agent with domestic and international booking expertise
• Strong knowledge of the Sabre reservation system, including GDS formats and e-ticketing
• Ability to work independently and manage client needs efficiently with minimal supervision
• Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
• Strong dispute resolution skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
