Job Summary
Joining the U.S. Military and Government team, the full-time Travel Consultant will manage domestic and international travel arrangements for federal clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support throughout the travel experience in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations tailored to client preferences
- Resolve issues and make necessary changes to bookings before and during travel assignments
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
- U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract
