Job Summary
As a full-time Travel Consultant working remotely in Norway, the successful candidate will manage travel reservations, provide expert consultation on client travel policies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while supporting a 24/7 operation.
Key responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers
- Provide consultation on client travel policies and fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations
- Maintain and expand knowledge of the travel industry and suggest process improvements
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience as a travel consultant
- Strong expertise in GDS Amadeus
- High level of verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English; additional Nordic languages are a plus
- Solid working knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and processes
