Job Summary
As a full-time remote Travel Consultant, the successful candidate will manage travel reservations, provide expert consultation on client travel policies, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations while enhancing operational processes and client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for clients
- Consult clients on travel policies and provide necessary industry information
- Review and suggest improvements for operational processes and client relationships
Required qualifications
- Experience as a travel agent
- Proficiency in GDS Sabre
- Strong knowledge of travel industry policies and procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Corporate or Government Travel experience is a plus
