As a full-time remote Travel Consultant, the candidate will manage travel reservations for clients, provide consultation on travel policies, and ensure compliance with necessary regulations while enhancing client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Search and confirm travel reservations for clients while understanding and applying client travel policies
- Fulfill requests regarding travel regulations and provide clients with essential industry information
- Review operational processes and suggest improvements to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Required qualifications
- Experience as a travel agent with a solid understanding of the travel industry
- Proficiency in GDS Sabre and knowledge of online booking tools like Concur Travel
- Experience supporting Life Sciences, pharmaceutical, or corporate travel accounts
- Ability to handle VIP, executive, and complex traveler arrangements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
