Travel Consultant - After Hours

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Travel Consultant - After Hours to manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including booking domestic and complex international itineraries, while working evening and weekend shifts remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer client inquiries and manage travel bookings using a GDS system, primarily Sabre
• Provide travel expertise and ensure compliance with government travel requirements and regulations
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity and maintain excellent customer service standards

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in booking domestic and international travel
• Proficiency in using a GDS system, with Sabre experience preferred
• Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and federal travel regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
