Travel Consultant - After Hours

Job Summary

Working during evenings and weekends, the full-time Travel Consultant - After Hours will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, including booking domestic and complex international itineraries, while utilizing a GDS system and providing exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries promptly and manage travel bookings through Sabre for flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Maintain account knowledge to assist clients effectively and ensure accuracy in issued travel documents
• Communicate with airlines regarding changes and provide timely updates to clients while meeting established KPIs

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience in booking domestic and international travel, with complex international travel experience preferred
• Proficient in using a GDS system, specifically Sabre; Amadeus experience is a plus
• Knowledge of government travel requirements, including visas and federal travel regulations
• Ability to pass a background check and government clearance process, with U.S. citizenship required
