Travel Consultant - After Hours

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Travel Consultant - After Hours, this position will manage travel arrangements for clients, including booking and issuing domestic and complex international itineraries, while working evening and weekend shifts remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails from clients to facilitate new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries
• Utilize Sabre to accurately book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations
• Provide excellent customer service and travel expertise, ensuring adherence to company policies and KPIs

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel; experience with complex international travel is a plus
• Proficiency in using a GDS system, specifically Sabre; Amadeus experience is a plus
• Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and federal travel regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
