Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Travel Consultant - After Hours, the candidate will manage all aspects of travel arrangements for clients during evening and weekend shifts, utilizing a GDS system to book domestic and complex international itineraries while providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Answer client inquiries and manage travel bookings through various communication channels
- Utilize Sabre to efficiently book and issue airline, hotel, and car reservations
- Maintain knowledge of travel regulations and ensure adherence to company policies and KPIs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in booking domestic and international travel
- Experience using a GDS System, with Sabre being mandatory
- Knowledge of government travel requirements, visas, and federal travel regulations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
