Job Summary

A company is looking for a D&G Travel Consultant II to provide exceptional customer service to defense and government travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and complete travel arrangements including air, hotel, car, and rail
• Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences while offering informed recommendations
• Handle booking changes and resolve issues that may arise during travel

Required Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in a customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
• Must be a U.S. Citizen due to government client requirements
• Willingness to undergo a background investigation including criminal history and credit record review
• Ability to adhere to information security policies and regulations
