Job Summary

Joining the U.S. Military and Government team, the full-time Travel Consultant II will provide exceptional travel management services for federal clients, creating domestic and international travel arrangements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
• Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed recommendations to enhance the travel experience
• Resolve issues and make changes to bookings, handling both routine and complex travel assignments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
• U.S. citizenship required due to Federal Government contract
• Genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
