Travel Consultant - North America

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Consultant/Account Executive - Domestic (North America).

Key Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into bookings and follow up with leads to close sales
• Qualify leads and design customized itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets
• Maintain expert knowledge of rail offerings and collaborate with internal teams for accurate bookings

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume customer service contact center, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
