Job Summary
To support a growing team, the remote Travel Coordinator will manage owner interactions, facilitate travel scheduling, and process payments while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for Florida applicants only.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional rapport with timeshare owners to enhance service experience
- Schedule travel dates based on owner preferences and confirm payment details accurately
- Document all communications and maintain records within the company's data management system
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Previous call center experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms and new learning systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
