Job Summary

To support a growing travel portfolio, the remote Travel Coordinator will manage owner relationships, facilitate travel scheduling, and process payments while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction for Florida applicants only.

Key responsibilities
  • Build and maintain professional rapport with owners to enhance service experience
  • Schedule travel dates based on owner preferences and confirm payment details
  • Document all communications and interactions accurately within the company system
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Previous call center experience in a similar high-volume environment is preferred
  • Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms and new learning systems
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
