Job Summary

Managing inbound client communications, the full-time Travel Coordinator will facilitate customer onboarding, assist with administrative tasks, and support the travel planning team while working remotely from 10am to 7pm ET, Monday through Friday.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Set up new trips for the Travel Planning team and inform clients about services and pricing
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as processing refunds and other pre- and post-travel tasks
Required qualifications
  • Native-level proficiency in written and verbal English
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
  • Access to a quiet workspace and reliable technology, including a computer and high-speed internet
  • Clean background check required for handling sensitive client data
