Job Summary
Managing inbound client communications, the full-time Travel Coordinator will facilitate customer onboarding, assist with administrative tasks, and support the travel planning team while working remotely from 10am to 7pm ET, Monday through Friday.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Set up new trips for the Travel Planning team and inform clients about services and pricing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing refunds and other pre- and post-travel tasks
Required qualifications
- Native-level proficiency in written and verbal English
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanor
- Access to a quiet workspace and reliable technology, including a computer and high-speed internet
- Clean background check required for handling sensitive client data
