Travel Counselor

Job Summary

Joining the U.S. Military and Government team, the full-time Army Travel Counselor TEC II will provide exceptional travel management services for federal clients by creating domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring compliance with client standards, and offering insightful recommendations throughout the travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage travel arrangements including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations for an optimal travel experience
• Resolve booking issues and changes, handling both routine and complex travel assignments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in another customer service role
• Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre)
• U.S. citizenship is required due to Federal Government contract
• A genuine passion for high-quality customer service
• Military experience/certifications may substitute for some requirements
