Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Director / Trip Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor guest wellbeing and address concerns promptly
• Manage day-to-day trip logistics and coordinate with vendors for smooth operations
• Deliver engaging storytelling and exceptional customer service throughout the trip

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience leading guided trips for medium to large groups
• Experience managing trip operations, including logistics and guest care
• Proven ability to deliver engaging commentary in a professional setting
• Experience working with vendors and maintaining service standards
• Formal guiding certification (ITMI, IGA, and/or TripSchool) preferred
