A company is looking for a Travel Experience Counselor II.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Ensure reservations meet client standards and preferences
Act as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations for travelers

Required Qualifications

2 or more years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in customer service
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
Fluent in Romanian and English
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Strong teamwork skills
