Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Experience Counselor II.

Key Responsibilities

Create and complete travel arrangements (air, hotel, car, rail)
Act as a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations
Handle a wide range of bookings and resolve any issues that occur during travel

Required Qualifications

2 or more years' experience as a Travel Consultant or 5 years in customer service
Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
Fluent in Romanian and English
Strong teamworking skills and a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
