Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel for Meetings/Group Air VIP Agent.

Key Responsibilities:

Book and ticket travel for a Pharma client, including customers originating outside of the US
Provide travel support and guidance to client's customers
Responsible for airfare analysis, travel budget consults, and logistical reporting support

Required Qualifications:

Proven track record in managing multiple priorities and effective time management
Expert proficiency with primary GDS (Sabre) and fares and ticketing rules
Awareness of GBTs data reporting tool - Insights
Minimum 3 years of agent experience
Prior Group Air/VIP agent background, a plus
