Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Travel Healthcare Recruiter will build relationships with travel nurses and allied healthcare professionals, develop a book of business, and match clinicians with assignments nationwide while participating in a paid Recruiter-in-Training program starting September 21, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and build relationships with travel healthcare professionals
• Prospect and engage candidates through various outreach methods
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring process
