Travel Insurance Sales Associate

Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Inside Sales Associate position responsible for responding to inbound customer inquiries, promoting travel insurance products, and closing sales while working flexible afternoon and evening shifts.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and empathy
• Identify customer needs and provide optimal product solutions, including educating clients on insurance options and closing sales
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services, ensuring accurate customer data entry and research

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six to twelve months of experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a sales-based role
• Superb customer service skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Must reside in Virginia, Florida, Maryland, Georgia, or Texas
• Eligibility to obtain a travel insurance sales license across all 50 states, requiring background checks post-hire
