Job Summary

Travel Intelligence Specialist, a full-time remote position, is responsible for conducting in-depth research and curating bespoke travel experiences for luxury clients while managing the entire client journey from consultation to post-trip debrief.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customized travel itineraries for luxury members
• Collaborate with team members to research destinations, accommodations, and experiences
• Coordinate bookings and provide personalized client service throughout the travel process

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury travel or a related field
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple trips simultaneously
• Familiarity with CRM systems for trip record maintenance
• Global perspective and understanding of luxury travel trends
