Job Summary

Working remotely from abroad, the full-time Travel Intelligence Specialist will manage the full client journey by conducting deep intelligence gathering on luxury destinations and experiences, curating bespoke travel itineraries, and providing personalized service to discerning members.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage customized travel itineraries for luxury members
• Collaborate with team members to research tailored destinations, accommodations, and experiences
• Coordinate bookings and maintain organized trip records in CRM systems

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in luxury travel planning and client relationship management
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on destination research
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems for trip record management
• Global perspective and knowledge of current luxury travel trends
