Travel Nurse Recruiter

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, the full-time Travel Nurse Recruiter will work remotely to attract, screen, and submit candidates while developing recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee job postings, talent attraction, candidate screening, and offer management
• Develop recruitment strategies to meet short- and long-term hiring objectives
• Utilize technology and external relationships for targeted talent searches nationwide

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 2 years of experience, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 4 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of experience in Travel allied or nursing recruitment
• Strong skills in sourcing talent through various platforms
• Familiarity with the Einstein order management system is preferred
