Job Summary

Seeking up to 3 Travel Nursing Recruiters (Nurse Advocates) for a full-time remote opportunity, where successful candidates will independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments while managing a portfolio of working staff to deliver exceptional experiences and contribute to company growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently source and place clinicians onto travel assignments
• Manage a working staff portfolio to ensure a supportive and exceptional experience for clinicians
• Conduct multiple intake calls daily with job seekers to identify and pitch relevant opportunities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or a revenue-generating role
• Demonstrable proficiency with modern business software tools and technologies
