Job Summary
Serving as a critical liaison in a fully remote environment, the full-time Travel and Support Operations Coordinator will manage technical assistance, scheduling support, and quality assurance while ensuring efficient communication between field representatives and leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical support and operational guidance to Field Service Representatives
- Assist in scheduling visits and managing coverage to ensure timely job completion
- Conduct quality assurance checks and monitor field performance indicators
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Salesforce or Workday preferred
- Experience in call center, customer service, scheduling, or field support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
