Job Summary

Owning the full paid performance portfolio for B2B Travel, the remote Travel Performance Manager will drive net-new business sign-ups and enhance first-time booking conversion across various paid channels, focusing on strategy, execution, and measurement.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the strategy, execution, and measurement of the paid performance portfolio across search, social, programmatic, CTV, audio, and emerging channels
  • Drive acquisition efficiency, focusing on product-line ROAS and LTV:CAC metrics, while improving sign-up-to-first-booking conversion rates
  • Lead creative testing and channel expansion initiatives, utilizing AI tools to optimize workflows and reporting
Required qualifications
  • 7-10 years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record in driving efficient acquisition metrics
  • Hands-on experience managing a full paid portfolio, including search, social, and programmatic channels, with familiarity in emerging channels
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to evaluate and iterate on creative strategies
  • Proficiency in measurement concepts such as attribution and incrementality, along with functional knowledge of SQL or BI tools
  • B2B SaaS experience preferred, particularly in Travel, T&E, or high-velocity B2B environments
