Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Planning Specialist for Custom & Group Tours.

Key Responsibilities

Design, quote, and execute custom and group tour itineraries
Communicate with clients and tour operators to address inquiries and troubleshoot issues
Maintain tour content and logistics while coordinating group tour details with operators

Required Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are desirable
Ability to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
Experience in customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities
