Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Program Administrator to manage corporate travel programs remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary support for client travel inquiries and maintain communication with travelers and travel arrangers
- Assist in tracking supplier agreements and performance reports to enhance traveler service and drive savings
- Understand and implement traveler safety protocols while contributing to internal communications and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of corporate travel management or 5+ years of travel account management experience
- Proven experience navigating large organizations and familiarity with TMC and T&E reporting
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in communication
