Job Summary

A company is looking for a Travel Program Administrator to manage corporate travel programs remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary support for client travel inquiries and maintain communication with travelers and travel arrangers
  • Assist in tracking supplier agreements and performance reports to enhance traveler service and drive savings
  • Understand and implement traveler safety protocols while contributing to internal communications and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate travel management or 5+ years of travel account management experience
  • Proven experience navigating large organizations and familiarity with TMC and T&E reporting
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism in communication
