Travel Sales Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Associate for their Travel Contact Center.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve Members and non-Members by selling and servicing travel reservations through various communication channels
• Book and provide guidance on domestic air, rail, hotel, and car reservations
• Maintain compliance with regulations and foster long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Proficiency in PC usage and familiarity with travel platforms
• Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
• Willingness to work overtime and/or holidays as needed
