Travel Sales Support Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing travel sales team, the full-time Travel Sales Support Agent will work remotely to handle inbound calls from Travel Advisors and direct guests, providing booking assistance and service support while meeting monthly sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls, utilizing professional sales techniques to assist Travel Advisors and direct guests with booking cruise vacations and servicing existing reservations
• Achieve monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and follow-up
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to ensure accurate communication of product information and adherence to company policies

Required qualifications

• One year of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center
• Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is preferred
• Proficiency in computer business applications and computerized reservation systems
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated while working remotely
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
