Job Summary

Focused on delivering exceptional travel experiences, the full-time Travel Specialist Associate will assist clients in booking luxury travel arrangements, utilizing Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online tools, while working remotely and adapting to flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in booking various travel options, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
• Utilize GDS and online travel tools to communicate with suppliers and secure the best rates and services
• Collaborate with global suppliers to ensure a seamless and high-quality travel experience for clients

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience coordinating luxury travel
• Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
