Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Travel Specialist Coordinator will assist clients in booking travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, while ensuring a seamless and exceptional travel experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Assisting clients with travel bookings, including commercial flights, hotels, and car rentals
- Utilizing Global Distribution System (GDS) and online travel tools to communicate with suppliers
- Collaborating with global suppliers to secure the best rates and services for clients
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 2 years of experience in Luxury Hospitality
- Experience working with high net worth individuals and clients
- 1+ years of experience using Global Distribution System (GDS) or other online travel tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
