Job Summary
A company is looking for a Travel Support Specialist who will manage inquiries and provide ticketing support for travel advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inquiries related to GDS Sabre and provide overall customer service
- Research and troubleshoot service desk questions while managing ticket queries
- Assist advisors with ticketing and serve as backup for Advisor Support Coverage desk
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Sabre with 5 years of experience
- Experience with multiple GDS platforms, preferably Travelport Plus
- Deep knowledge of Sabre formats and the international reservation process
- Able to handle difficult situations with minimal guidance
- Flexible hours are required for this position
